22 Stations for Intro to Shop for Sixth Grade

Tomorrow the sixth graders will rotate through these 22 stations. We have spent the first two weeks learning shop safety and classroom expectations. The students will each spend between 1-2 minutes at each of these stations as they try their hand at using these tools and machines.

I love your idea of the safety stations in the woodshop! I teach high school wood shop and generally have 18 - 20 students in the room. It is difficult to have them hands on with all the tools at the same time. The stations you set up are all very useful and educational. Thanks for sharing!
